Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the tundra-moose website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Description of Services
tundra-moose provides personal transformation coaching, interview sessions, workshops, and related educational services. These services are intended for personal development and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Participate in good faith and with honesty during sessions
- Respect the time and boundaries of facilitators and other participants
- Not record sessions without explicit written permission
- Not share confidential information disclosed by other participants in group settings
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of tundra-moose and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Payment and Refunds
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your enrollment up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.
Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of information shared during sessions, except:
- When required by law
- When there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
- When you provide written consent for disclosure
In group settings, while we require participants to maintain confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that other participants will honor this commitment.
Limitation of Liability
tundra-moose provides educational and coaching services, not medical or therapeutic treatment. We are not liable for:
- Decisions or actions you take based on information or insights gained through our services
- Any psychological, emotional, or physical outcomes resulting from participation
- Interactions or conflicts with other participants in group settings
- Technical issues that prevent access to online sessions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in our programs.
Individual results vary based on personal circumstances, commitment, and factors beyond our control.
Professional Boundaries
Our facilitators maintain professional boundaries with participants. Personal relationships outside the scope of our services are not permitted during active enrollment and for six months following completion of services.
Recording and Documentation
With your consent, certain sessions may be recorded for your personal use and reflection. You retain ownership of your personal story, but grant us a limited license to use anonymized insights for educational purposes.
Video interview packages include rights to the final edited content for your personal use. Commercial use requires separate written agreement.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you:
- Violate these Terms of Use
- Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Fail to make required payments
- Pose a risk to facilitators or other participants
In cases of termination for cause, fees are non-refundable.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
